About Me
Yoga is wholesome for me in every way; a truly beautiful movement-journey of mind, body and soul.
A lost mid-twenties, a passionate desire for self healing and exploration, and a tentative curiosity led me into my first yoga class. After two very powerful Reiki initiations, I felt I needed a deep and meaningful change in my life. I left the UK, and embarked on a journey into the great unknown – to live for a year on a small island in the middle of the Atlantic, gifting massage and healing to others.

I have had a recent mention in a new lifestyle magazine, and the details are here for you to take a little sneak peak at!
A Free Meditation
This is a lovely relaxing Free 20 minute Yoga Nidra practice that you can do at any time of the day, whenever you need to relax, wind down, just stop, or you are feeling stressed and need to nurture yourself.
Gather lots of cosy things, blankets, warm tops and an eye bag too if you have one. Get comfortable to lay on the floor or bed, turn off your phone, light a candle and incense and allow me to hold you in a safe space of balance, grounding and deep spiritual practice.
Yoga Nidra is also known as Yoga sleep! This isn’t to drift off too however, but a chance to stop, re-centre and feel refreshed and re-balanced at the other end of the journey!
Enjoy!
