Practice in the safety and comfort of your own home

Come and join me for some on-line Yoga Flow, Restorative Practice, and a Yoga Nidra Practice. Bring yourself and your mat, and we’ll be in a Yoga community together – to balance, restore, and (most importantly at this time) stay centred and calm.

All of the classes will be live-streamed through Zoom. Zoom is a great option as an online platform, and together we’ll have a really great Yoga experience!

Also, please let me know if there are any other ways that I can support you in terms of potential classes and workshops offered. Whether you are a beginner and would benefit from a beginners class – or if you practice more regularly, and would really benefit from support to develop your practice more – please let me know. I want you to benefit as much as possible during this, most difficult and uncertain of times.

Booking for all of my online classes can now be made through my BookWhen system.

Classes can be booked individually, and passes are also available for blocks for classes. Other yogic events (like my online workshops) are listed on BookWhen, too.
